There are many reasons why you should consider partnering with Assisted Housing. We have tenants readily available for your unoccupied properties and rental income is guaranteed. If you are an estate agent managing a property on behalf of your customers, you will not lose any of your existing income from rental management. What’s more, we take the pain of maintaining the property for you at no cost to you.
Rent is always paid on time and all wear and tear at the property will be taken care of by our specialist teams. There are many other incentives available to you for partnering with us.
Rent Collection
We are responsible for collecting the rent and making sure it is paid to you on time. There are no late payments and under our guaranteed rent scheme, we will ensure the rent is paid even if the property is unoccupied.
Vetting and Liaising with Tenants
We will manage the process from the beginning of the renting cycle to the end. We will carry out any tenant referencing and right to rent checks on your behalf before the property is let out.
Managing the Tenant Move In Process
Once we have found a new tenant, we will even take care of the move-in process for the tenant for you. We will ensure an inventory is created, checked and signed as part of the check-in process.
Property Inspections
We will carry out the routine inspections, flagging issues which need to be repaired and compiling them in a report alongside any quotes for repair work, and what’s more, we will even carry out the repair work without additional cost to you or the landlord of the property.
Repairs
If a repair needs to be carried out on the landlord’s property, we will arrange for a licensed, qualified and recommended tradesman to complete the necessary work, at NO cost to you or the landlord.
